Based in Welwyn Garden City is my bespoke fully functional training facility.  Featuring the Primal Strength Monster Rack system which is engineered to maximise performance through multifunctional training systems and compliments all levels of training from beginner to advanced Athlete.  Coupled with a Peloton bike, Kettle Bells, Slam Balls, Battle Rope, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, a TRX suspension system and Plyometric boxes, the facility offers both a varied and dynamic training environment for rehabilitation and corrective exercises, strength and conditioning, power, agility and mobility needs.

Step 2

Book a full session ! This will last approximately 1hour and 10 minutes where a series of bio-mechanic assessments and postural alignment movements are carried out with further questions to highlight the imbalances, dominance, weakness and overall functionality of the body. 

Step 3

I devise a functional plan for 4 to 6 weeks, using either a corrective exercise or a strength and conditioning or injury rehabilitation strategy (or a combination) to meet your outcomes. 

Step 4

After to 4 - 6 weeks, a review is carried out to tweak and amend the functional plan, making things more challenging and working towards a total body functionality to ensure that you are able, pain free and able to excel to the next step.

Step 5

A review of a plan to start building for total body strength, alignment and cohesive functionality, which will always be tweaked according to your specific needs.
