Strength & Conditioning Coaching

Strength and Conditioning is about taking the principles of coaching and personal training to the next level by developing highly effective training processes for individuals. These principles can be applied to any level of athlete whether an elite sportsperson or someone starting out in the gym for the first time.

Strength and Conditioning is about developing someone’s strengths and improving their ability to use their strengths repeatedly by creating a systemised training process that allows an individual to excel in a specific activity or sport. Coupled with Corrective Exercise this can enhance any level of sport person or person who just wants to build strength and longevity into their lives.

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach I assess and strategically develop an in-depth training process that is relevant to an individual’s needs using my knowledge that is built on evidence-based and practice-based evidence to give maximum results.

Corrective Exercise & Injury Rehabilitation

Corrective Exercise is a technique that leverages an understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life.

Corrective Exercise is used to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, total body coordination and ultimately injury.

By addressing a client’s functional movement patterns and the issues impeding it, especially at their feet, knees, and hips, it helps reduce the stress put on their body. By properly aligning the body, corrective exercises help it to handle the load that everyday movement puts on it and helps reduce the risk of future injury.

Thanks to these varied and interlinked training strategies, clients will be able to move better, become pain free and it gives clients the ability to take part in a plethora of different activities and sports that they enjoy and may not have been able to do otherwise.

What My Clients Say

Corrfit Reviews

Lack of Mobility

For a number of years, I suffered from various aches and pains plus a lack of mobility (not flexibility) due to either over-exercising at the gym, sitting at my desk for too long or a combination of both. After seeing Corrina regularly, these problems have completely gone away. I would thoroughly recommend working with Corrina - in my opinion, you certainly won't regret it!
